We welcome your feedback on our products services and the website to continuously improve our offer to you.    Exclusion of Warranties All representations, warranties and conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise in respect of the Salvaged Vehicles are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law (including without limitation warranties and conditions as to fitness for purpose, description, and satisfactory quality). On entering this site I (the Purchaser) hereby acknowledge and agree that any Salvaged Vehicle shall be purchased in its state and condition at the time of purchase subject to all faults and defects ("as is"). I specifically acknowledge that a Salvaged Vehicle purchased "as is" may be damaged, defective or otherwise unmerchantable, and upon collection / delivery fully accepts the vehicle in this condition. I the purchaser accept that I have been given all opportunities to inspect the vehicle to my complete and utter satisfaction. The recorded mileage has not been verified. The accuracy of the mileage reading cannot be relied upon and should be disregarded. All vehicles are sold on the basis of "at some time the vehicle may be shown on the HPI/VCAR Register" Liability Automotive Marine and Leisure International ltd expressly excludes any liability for any of the following: (i) Any faulty vehicles offered for sale on the Site. (iii) Any misrepresentation (whether innocent, negligent or fraudulent) made in respect of any Salvaged Vehicle. (v) Any link on this website to any other website or part of the internet. Conditions The Purchaser shall be responsible for any storage and handling costs ("Storage Fees") accrued from the end of the Payment and Collection Period forward. The Storage Fees, which shall be calculated at a rate of £10.00 per day, increasing to £20 per day from the 14th day after the end of the Payment and Collection Period forward. Title to the Salvaged Vehicles shall pass to the Purchaser upon payment by the Purchaser of all monies owed, including the agreed price and any accumulated Storage Fees. Cherished/Personalised registration numbers do not form part of nor are included in any sale transaction. The Purchaser hereby agrees that it shall use suitable vehicles for the collection of the Salvaged Vehicles, such vehicles to be roadworthy and safe, fit or purpose, generally presentable and comply with all relevant legislation.
